Morning practices

(June 15 to July 31) 7:30 to 10:00 am
8 and under age groups:	9:20 to 9:55 am
9-12 ages group	8:30 to 9:20 am
13 and up age groups:	7:30 to 8:30 am**

** At the Coaches’ discretion, some advanced 9-12 year old swimmers may be asked to join the 13 and up age group practices.

Evening stroke and turn practices
Throughout the summer, the coaching staff holds evening practices from 6:45 – 8 pm Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.  These practices are focused on stroke and turn skills.
